What this opportunity involves:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team. As the Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of one of Adelaide’s iconic flagship premium CBD shopping centres in Rundle Mall. With a deep understanding of the asset and exemplary delivery of business plans, reporting, strategy execution and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be providing a high level of client satisfaction.
You will oversee the wider building management team including the Retail Marketing Manager, Administration Manager and Operations Manager and third-party contractors.
An Overview of the role:
You will take responsibility and lead by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner. Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner’s critical dates. Review and analyse performance of the centre e.g. monthly, quarterly reports, reforecast reports. Maintain efficient and tight control over the centre’s operating costs.
