Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer in European Union. In this role, you will take full ownership of backend-focused development while contributing to frontend features, shaping the architecture, and driving automation across infrastructure and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of tasks: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production-ready features.
• Develop core backend systems and APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Deliver seamless frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize search and indexing systems such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Shape architecture decisions and database selection with cost-efficiency and system design trade-offs in mind.
• Collaborate closely with CTO, Principal Software Engineer, and DevOps to build and scale the IT team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js and SQL.
• Experience deploying and running applications on AWS.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and willingness to expand into Rust.
• Practical experience with search infrastructure, logging, monitoring, and debugging in production.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience, containerization with Docker, and automation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or similar.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, structured problem-solving, and transparent communication.
