Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in the United States. This role provides essential support for energy efficiency projects, working closely with program staff, contractors, field personnel, and clients. The Project Coordinator ensures smooth project execution from inception to close-out, maintaining high-quality standards and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify project account eligibility and communicate requirements to contractors and sub-contractors.
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections, ensuring quality control and timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Facilitate third-party QA/QC project selection and coordinate with evaluation teams to address discrepancies.
• Administer project processes using company portals and administrative platforms.
• Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements to program policies and workflows.
• Review, reconcile, and collect project documentation to support billing and project close-out.
• Collaborate with data analysts to complete weekly billing and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Experience or interest in energy-efficient lighting technology (LED, occupancy sensors, daylighting) and HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with software tools, including spreadsheets, project management platforms, word processing, presentation tools, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation; mileage and toll reimbursement provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service.
