Job Summary
The Client Success Leader is responsible for ensuring exceptional client outcomes and operational excellence within a healthcare-focused technology platform. This role combines client-facing relationship management with analytical insight, process optimization, and collaboration across technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational structure, business objectives, and opportunities for value delivery.
- Drive client strategy execution, including relationship management, growth initiatives, and adoption of platform solutions.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy of client-facing reporting and provide financial and operational projections.
- Support onboarding, training, and the introduction of new platform capabilities to clients.
- Communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, SLA management, and resolution of operational issues.
- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to meet client needs and support relationship-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success or account management.
- Proven ability to cultivate and influence relationships within the healthcare or payer market.
- Experience in healthcare payment integrity or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, process-oriented, and committed to integrity and quality in all work.
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
