Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortably engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
