Job Summary
Key Account manager of leading electric chain for CE products. Direct responsibility for increasing chain sales, sales promotions, floorsale visibility. Main contact & PIC for all chain commercial/marketing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas
- Main point of contact for major electric chain
- Secure sales funnel through whole supply chain (S/I, S/T, S/O)
- Communicate masterfully with partners on new products launching
- Work with marketing team to create outstanding offline/online visibility
- Providing weekly reporting of sales-related KPIs to related persons
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, control sales data for creating proper action items & GTM plans
- Overseeing all the invoicements between partner
- Following up the set KPIs and taking the necessary actions
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and ability to provide conclusions
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable and determined in meeting the demands of the company’s sales objectives
- Genuine interest and knowledge for the Consumer Electronics industry and business operation
- Basic understanding of the technical working of CE products
- Industry leading product knowledge skills
- Multi-tasking skills essential to cope during busy and stressful periods
- Excellent Excel/PPT skills
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details and precision
- Good knowledge in English is required
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing in consumer electronics industry
- Experience in retail sales management is a plus
- Graduate degree essential
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and as a team player
- Strong communication & people management skills
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
