Job Summary

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the sales operations function for a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales pipeline management, forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze the sales funnel to standardize KPIs, track historical metrics, and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and maintain process quality, accuracy, and consistency across the sales organization.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Own and optimize CRM and sales technology stack, including system improvements, automation, integrations, and data governance.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead flow, attribution, and ROI; with Finance on revenue planning; and with Customer Success on renewals and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM; experience with additional sales enablement platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational scalability in a fast-paced environment.
