Job Summary
The Manager, SES Retail Operations (ROM) is responsible for the operational excellence of the Samsung Experience Stores. Together with the SES leadership team the ROM plans and executes strategies to drive sales, increase profitability and cultivate a positive experience for customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies and plans aimed at improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, IT and store operator to support sales initiatives.
- Manage operational budget including annual expenses forecast.
- Support store expansion initiatives including kiosk and special projects.
- Ad-hoc and regular reports to the executives on key plans and results.
- Develop and drive process innovation & improvements to streamline and optimize operations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
