Job Summary

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Chat Sales Representative to join our Chat Development Team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of chat agents to drive opportunities for the sales team and self-serve revenue through the website and build a fun, high-energy environment both on the sales team and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn our team’s tech stack and gain an in-depth understanding of Grammarly’s plans, features, and narratives.
  • Take first chats (a few hours per day starting in Week 2).
  • Independently run tests within chat and give meaningful feedback on our product, systems, and processes.
  • Consistently exceed your quota.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of support, pre-sales, or sales experience.
  • Ability to think fast and make decisions quickly in live chat.
  • Responsible and understands the importance of providing correct answers to prospects’ questions.
  • Innovative and can think outside the box.
  • Analytical and can quickly identify patterns and trends.
  • Proactive when a problem is identified.
  • Emotionally intelligent and can gauge and manage emotions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
