Job Summary
This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead the design and delivery of learning programs that directly impact organizational performance and talent development within underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs tailored to underwriting teams.
- Provide strategic consulting to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning needs and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage projects, timelines, and resources for the creation and maintenance of learning content and programs.
- Facilitate learning experiences, including Train-the-Trainer initiatives, workshops, and instructional sessions.
- Gather and analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program adoption and effectiveness.
- Stay current on L&D trends, tools, and best practices to enhance organizational learning capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably within commercial real estate or underwriting functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and facilitating technical or functional learning programs.
- Strong strategic consulting and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and talent development.
