Job Summary

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy innovative software solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and backend systems, both new and legacy.
• Analyze system requirements, workflows, and data utilization to craft effective software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Prioritize software development efforts to align with user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and maintainability of software solutions.
• Document solutions, workflows, and processes thoroughly for team reference.
• Engage with cross-functional teams in a predominantly remote, results-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience with Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET Web API/Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core).
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with distributed or service-oriented architectures, asynchronous workflows, messaging, and observability.
• Knowledge of classic software design and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, automated unit testing, and dependency injection.
• Experience with native cloud development on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Angular 13+ or upgrading applications to newer Angular versions.
• Hosting Microsoft technology solutions on AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS).
• Software development experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
