Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Sr. Recruiter in the United States to act as a strategic talent partner, leading full-cycle recruiting for both technical and business roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, clarifying true hiring needs and challenging assumptions.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, driving urgency, clarity, and accountability across technical and business roles.
  • Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, AI-assisted tools, and outbound engagement.
  • Execute structured reference checks and compensation discussions, ensuring high-quality hires and competitive offers.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, analyze funnel performance, and identify bottlenecks to optimize hiring processes.
  • Coach managers on interview practices, hiring maturity, and candidate experience.
  • Develop, document, and maintain recruiting systems, ATS workflows, templates, and training materials.
  • Own onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and structured first-day experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
  • Proven track record recruiting for both technical and business roles.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and structured interview practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in recruiting metrics, funnel diagnostics, and reporting.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and influencing hiring strategies confidently.
  • Commitment to equitable hiring practices and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structures, equity, and leveling.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable recruiting processes, templates, rubrics, and training.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive autonomously in a distributed environment.
