Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Business System Analysts. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver regulatory change projects as part of a fast-paced, long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions. You bring a very good understanding of financial domain products is an advantage.

• Executed a data and product strategy roadmap to centralize Client Data Masters, enhancing data integrity across product lines (Lending, Equities, FX, Derivatives).
• Collaborated with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed business and system requirements for a centralized client data master platform.
• Developed data mapping documents, process flows, and functional specifications to support integration across multiple systems and business lines (e.g., Lending, FX, Equities).
• Conducted gap analysis and impact assessments to identify process improvements, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
• Facilitated JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions and stakeholder workshops.
