Job Summary
As the first Manager, Deal Desk for EMEA, you’ll be a foundational member of our growing global Deal Desk organisation – owning the deal review and execution process for the region. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping structure, price, and approve deals that align with Vanta’s business goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Deal Desk function for EMEA, serving as the primary partner to Sales leadership and ensuring deals are structured strategically, compliant with internal policies, and accurately booked.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales teams and leadership to expedite deals, enhance process efficiency, and position Deal Desk as a strategic advisor earlier in the sales cycle.
- Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, managing all aspects of deal execution including pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard requests.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows, ensure scalability, and maintain alignment across functions.
- Lead and drive operational improvements – identifying process gaps and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
