Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced and inspirational Commissioning Home Manager to join its client’s team and lead the launch of a brand-new, luxury care home in Bath. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-end care home from the ground up—building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care in a purpose-built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the opening and management of newly built care homes.
  • Ensure high standards of service and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Engage with the community and apply strategic marketing to boost occupancy.
  • Foster inspirational leadership and develop high-performing teams.
  • Maintain safeguarding protocols and best practices.
  • Focus on delivering quality outcomes and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing or opening a new build care home.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage luxury care homes with private residents.
  • Excellent community engagement and marketing skills.
  • Deep understanding of CQC compliance and safeguarding.
  • A commercially driven approach with a focus on outcomes.
