Job Summary

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Hospital discharge social worker.
• Support hospital discharges in a friendly and supportive team environment.
• Work primarily on-site at Wythenshawe hospital, with up to 2 days hybrid working per week depending on demand.

Required Qualifications

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
