Job Summary
The Career Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting career assessment and vocational counseling services to determine employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote career assessment/vocational counseling via applicant interview and qualification evaluation.
- Utilize EmployOklahoma for registering customers for employment and additional education services.
- Establish claims for Unemployment Insurance benefits and analyze claims for accurate information.
- Communicate with management, employers, applicants, and coworkers regarding job orders and referrals.
- Provide resource room assistance and maintain a friendly customer service atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience in career assessment and vocational counseling.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple employment services.
