Job Summary
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will help customers switch to our services and guide them through adopting our Low Carbon Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
- Guide customers on the first steps to adopting Low Carbon Technology, including Heat Pumps and Solar.
- Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger customers and ensure a seamless handover to installation teams.
- Take full ownership of customer queries and provide fast solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and care.
Requirements
- Passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Adaptability and a love for change.
- Clear communication and attention to detail.
- Background in a fast-paced customer service environment is a bonus.
- A genuine care for the planet.
