Job Summary

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will help customers switch to our services and guide them through adopting our Low Carbon Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
  • Guide customers on the first steps to adopting Low Carbon Technology, including Heat Pumps and Solar.
  • Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger customers and ensure a seamless handover to installation teams.
  • Take full ownership of customer queries and provide fast solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and care.

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering great customer service.
  • Adaptability and a love for change.
  • Clear communication and attention to detail.
  • Background in a fast-paced customer service environment is a bonus.
  • A genuine care for the planet.
