Job Summary
As an FP&A Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance team with various financial and analytical tasks. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the smooth operation of all finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects, coordinating multiple departments;
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
- Build and own all financial reporting with unwavering commitment to accuracy in all presented and reported numbers;
- Develop and present detailed financial decks that clearly convey analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders;
- Create, implement, and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards;
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems;
- Act as a Business Partner to different Business Lines and Departments within the organization working directly with C-Level;
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Proven experience in financial analysis or similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
