Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Behavioral Health Services Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs Manager, QMHPs, QMHAs, contractors, and volunteers in the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- General office duties
- Record processing
- Scheduling
- Data entry to support operations of the program
- Promote customer service and harmonious working relationships
- Engage in effective team participation
- Develop good working relationships with division and agency staff
- Demonstrate openness to constructive feedback
Requirements
- Two years of general clerical experience
- An associate degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Communication skills in person/phone/writing
- Organization skills
- Data entry experience
- Experience with HIPAA protected documents
- Ability to defuse potential hostile situations
- LEDS certified
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a correctional setting
