Job Summary

The Field Trainer/ Analyst will provide full-time, flexible support for the day-to-day implementation of district-based reading intervention research projects. This position is designed to support project operations by assisting the Project Manager with on-site coordination, materials management, communication with intervention staff, and logistical tasks necessary to ensure smooth and timely implementation. The role requires regular travel to partner school sites in Hutto, TX and the ability to respond to evolving project needs in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site implementation support for reading intervention research projects, including regular travel to partner sites in Hutto.
  • Communicate with tutors and school-based personnel via email and text to support scheduling, coordination, and implementation needs.
  • Support data-related tasks, including data entry, organization, and basic record-keeping (some tasks may be completed remotely).
  • Attend and participate in weekly project team meetings and other meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in schools.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with elementary-aged children.

Salary Range

$50,448 – $56,000

Elementary schools in Hutto, TX area.
