Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Sales professional / Key Account Manager to join our Applied Global Services (AGS) division in Germany. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on managing key customer relationships and driving service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Service revenue and booking in the region and in the allocated major accounts
  • Identify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies – generate service solutions that will help our customers cope with their innovative and changing business environments
  • Lead independently customer relations and negotiations, from the initial service quotes to the final contract signature
  • Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, gained through 2–3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or 5+ years of sales experience outside the industry
  • Excellent communication skills to lead working sessions and discussions both internally and with customers
  • Creativity in generating solutions while remaining aligned with standard selling concepts (Product Option Architecture) and its requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
