Job Summary

The Opportunity: In order to perform effectively to achieve their mission, organizations need help coordinating processes, communicating requirements, and developing innovative solutions. Whether fulfilling an immediate task, recognizing a mission gap and recommending a solution, or flexing to support an emerging requirement, our clients need a advisor who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and become a strong member of the team. That’s why we need you, a Mission Manager who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and provide high-quality mission support.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming requirements and ensuring task guidance is clear
• Communicating with the team responsible for completing the task
• Tracking metrics and shifting focus to fulfill emerging client requests
• Identifying and innovating elements that work best in the environment
• Highlighting areas for improvement and recommending possible solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in the DoD
• Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials
• Experience with developing strategic communications plans
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience working with the intelligence community
• Experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, and requirements manager
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
• Knowledge of COLISEUM
• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR
• Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Possession of excellent written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
