We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Operations Support Senior Engineer to lead the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise data warehouse. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of ETL, reporting, and cloud (AWS) infrastructure. You will be a key point of contact for month-end close support, crucial for SOX compliance and data integrity. You will join a fast-paced Data and Analytics team, supporting and growing our Enterprise Data Hub and Reporting platform by providing platform-level solutions for growing data and reporting needs across all business functions. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor ETL for successful data loads and oversee reporting server performance for timely report delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Ops and DBAs to quickly resolve job failures and service interruptions.
• Manage planned and unplanned downtime protocols to minimize business impact.
• Resolve complex data-level issues to ensure warehouse accuracy.
• Communicate DWH, Job, and report status to stakeholders during month-end.
• Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-production reviews to prevent defect recurrence.
