Job Summary

Now Hiring Experienced Service Advisor! The Service Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician.
• Ensure the customer’s needs are understood by the technician.
• Enter repair orders efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Service writing Advisor role.
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
