Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (covering West Midlands including trusts in and around the Birmingham area) to join us on a permanent, full-time contract. The primary role of the Account Management function is to develop and maintain relationships with customers and accounts within a key territory, implementing strategies to achieve annual business growth targets and positioning ResMed solutions as the preferred choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivering territory growth in line with business targets.
  • Increase penetration and breadth of products and services within accounts.
  • Engage with high-profile accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work with new and existing customers to implement product and pathway changes.
  • Review territory performance periodically and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecast, track, and perform in line with business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in medical device within the NHS.
  • Strong commercial drive and ability to multitask.
  • Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High resilience and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of company products and services.
