Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of government agencies by implementing and optimizing digital services. Your expertise will not only shape the way clients engage with their communities but also ensure that the technology deployed meets their unique needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the AMANDA and Grantium platforms as the internal expert on implementation.
• Serve as an advisor to customers to enhance their online processes.
• Define features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
• Provide specifications for solution management and delivery.
• Advocate ‘best practice’ approaches for client setups, ensuring long-term success.
• Ensure implementations address client-specific missions and core challenges.
• Lead and manage multiple technical product implementations alongside project managers.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders on key solution delivery.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in development.
• High level of technical literacy across a broad range of web technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, Jexl, and JavaScript.
• Scripting experience including JavaScript, SQL, and JEXL.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• 2-5 years of experience with React.
• Strong ability to analyze processes and build online forms.
