Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Service Engineer. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, leading complex troubleshooting efforts and driving critical incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimizing video conferencing technologies, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication systems.
  • Owning and delivering high-quality, timely RCAs for critical incidents to identify underlying issues.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers to enhance product quality.
  • Driving innovation within support workflows to reduce manual effort and improve debugging.
  • Facilitating customer debugging calls and guiding teams through complex technical investigations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in service engineering, support engineering, or technical operations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO.
  • Familiarity with API troubleshooting, platform configuration, and RESTful integrations.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of SQL queries and familiarity with databases like MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other UC solutions.
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux; iOS/Android familiarity.
