The Value Management team helps Workday’s customers and prospects plan for, realize, and optimize the impact of Workday’s investments! We are a collaborative, curious, and impactful team passionate about impact, innovation, and customer outcomes.

About the Role

As a Value Manager for our Retail/Hospitality sector, you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Workday’s strategic customer base by partnering across Sales, Customer Experience, and Solution Consulting to engage, excite, and educate customers on how Workday supports their transformation goals.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven business cases, including strategic storytelling and financial analyses, to support the expansion of Workday across multiple segments.
  • Support Value Realization and Customer Evidence initiatives by measuring outcomes, documenting impact, and identifying areas to unlock even more value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share standard processes, industry insights, frameworks, and sales enablement tools that elevate our go-to-market approach.
  • Contribute thought leadership that reflects how macroeconomic forces, regulatory pressures, and customer behavior are crafting the future of your industries.

About You

Value Manager 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, FP&A, business services, strategy, value engineering, or enterprise software sales. Senior Value Manager 8+ years of experience in the above domains.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong consulting toolkit – including discovery, quantitative modeling, storytelling, collaboration, and executive communication.
  • Enthusiastic about using data and technology to tackle real-world problems and support large-scale organizational change.
  • Domain expertise in finance, human capital, enterprise planning, or AI preferred.
