Job Summary

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. As part of the Early Career Recruiting team, you will help build strong relationships with targeted universities and students throughout the country, communicating our mission and vision through campus visits, communications, and other events.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and manage on-site and off-site logistics for university engagement, including student engineering competitions.
• Evaluate candidates for opportunities and support students through the recruiting and selection process.
• Collect and analyze programmatic data, assess effectiveness, and recommend new connections and improvements.
• Answer queries promptly with a high attention to detail and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, public speaking, and/or recruiting.
• Ability to travel throughout the year, especially during fall recruiting seasons.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities to organizational change.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong technical intuition or knowledge in an engineering field.
• 5+ years of University Recruiting experience.

Compensation

Compensation Range for WA applicants is $108,795.00-$152,311.95. Other site ranges may differ.
