About the role

Anthropic is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale our partner ecosystem across North America. In this critical leadership role, you will lead a multi-functional team working across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Management Consulting firms, Regional Systems Integrators, and Agencies—all in close collaboration with Anthropic’s Go-to-Market and Cloud Sales Partnerships teams. You will be instrumental in amplifying the Anthropic brand in market, enabling our sales organization, and driving transformational partner-sourced revenue. This role requires someone who understands that commercial success is fundamental to landing Anthropic’s mission of developing safe and beneficial AI.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of partnership sales and collaboration professionals capable of operating and influencing at senior levels within partner organizations
    • Create a culture that attracts top talent and delivers exceptional results
    • Foster an environment focused on competitive differentiation and consistent pursuit of success
  • Partner Ecosystem Development
    • Lead multi-functional partner coverage across GSIs, Management Consulting firms, Regional SIs, and Agencies
    • Work with partners to amplify the Anthropic brand and establish Claude as the AI platform of choice
    • Support the initiation and development of $100M+ strategic partnerships
    • Collaborate closely with Anthropic’s Go-to-Market and Cloud Sales Partnerships teams to maximize market impact
  • Sales Enablement & GTM Scaling
    • Scale Anthropic’s sales and GTM teams through training, enablement programs, and compelling use cases
    • Develop and deploy partner-led GTM motions that drive pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
    • Create competitive differentiation through partner capabilities and joint value propositions

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Significant experience building partner ecosystems with demonstrable evidence of driving substantial incremental revenues
  • Proven track record of developing GSI practices that successfully find, win, and retain business
  • Experience initiating and managing $100M+ strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in enterprise technology sales, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
  • History of delivering exceptional customer success and lifetime value through partner channels
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing partnership teams

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner economics
  • Strategic thinking skills balanced with the ability to execute
