Job Summary
We are currently looking for an Outbound Marketing & HubSpot CRM Manager in US. This role sits at the core of outbound growth and pipeline generation, owning the full lifecycle of prospecting, lead nurturing, and CRM optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end outbound prospecting workflows, including lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and prioritization.
- Build, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns, testing messaging, subject lines, and schedules to improve response and conversion rates.
- Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, automation efficiency, and seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales.
- Design and maintain automated workflows for qualification, follow-ups, and deal creation within the CRM.
- Monitor outbound performance metrics such as deliverability, open and reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline value generated.
- Create dashboards and regular reports to provide clear visibility into funnel health and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously improve outbound systems to reduce manual work and increase scalability and consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or sales operations roles.
- Proven experience managing full outbound campaign lifecycles from prospecting to CRM-qualified opportunities.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, reporting, and data hygiene.
- Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Solid understanding of cold email platforms, deliverability best practices, and inbox management.
- Analytical mindset with confidence using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast-growing, remote environments.
- Bonus points for experience in B2B ecommerce or SaaS, marketing analytics tools, automation platforms, or outbound copywriting.
