Job Summary
The Channel Development Head is responsible for driving the growth and development of bancassurance channels. This role will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen existing and new distribution channels, foster partnerships, and implement digital innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive the execution of strategic plans aimed at expanding and optimizing bancassurance channels.
- Strengthen existing relationships with bank partners and seek new collaborations to enhance distribution efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of digital technologies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement initiatives that improve customer touchpoints and satisfaction.
- Establish metrics and KPIs for assessing the performance of bancassurance channels.
- Manage and guide the Digital Enablement team to achieve strategic and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, banking and/or fintech.
- Business Development and Project management experience, preferably with channel, digital and technology initiatives.
- Data driven in making decisions and crafting strategies to rollout digital initiatives.
- Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive business innovation and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
