Job Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
  • Develop estimates and write repair orders.
  • Maintain customer records and serve as the communicator between the customer and technician.
  • Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
  • Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
