Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer – REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute significantly to the Global IT organization, ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations according to best practices.
• Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance for potential issues.
• Conduct routine system maintenance and minimize disruption to operations.
• Utilize ITIL-based processes for efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate to resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations.
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Promote automation to enhance IT systems’ reliability.
• Stay updated on systems technology developments and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of prior industry experience (Enterprise preferred).
• Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Proven experience in Linux/Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in multi-site datacenter operations.
• Relevant certification in support technology field.
