Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer – REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the global IT infrastructure that supports critical medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations based on best practices.
• Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance and address potential issues promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve operational incidents.
• Utilize ITIL-based processes to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.
• Resolve complex incidents while collaborating with colleagues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations.
• Provide advanced technical support to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust IT infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Promote automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and apply innovations.
• Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of prior enterprise industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Certificates, etc.).
• Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience in multi-site data center operations including hands-on server support.
• Current relevant certification in support technology.
