Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Manager Reporting & Analytics (Remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the strategy for reporting and analytics, ensuring that information delivery meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the department reporting strategy based on compliance and regulatory needs.
• Mentor and manage a team of reporting professionals, fostering their growth and meeting performance expectations.
• Oversee the scope, resources, schedule, and coordination for new reports and dashboards.
• Ensure prioritization of team efforts aligns with defined deliverables and timelines.
• Evaluate requests for changes in reporting scope and develop necessary support plans for client groups.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis, or data analysis.
• 1 year of leadership or people management experience.
• Familiarity with report-generating technologies such as Business Objects or Tableau.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
