Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Market Development Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the market strategy for dental solutions across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
• Own business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in the region
• Lead new product launches in the United States and Canada
• Drive growth through execution of portfolio programs
• Define and execute pricing strategies in line with global strategic direction
• Collaborate with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on marketing campaigns
• Generate customer insights around experience, product performance, competitive positioning, and new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Five years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience
• Expertise equivalent to a master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
• Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in understanding customer needs and translating them into portfolio strategies
• Ability to use analytics to drive projects from analysis to implementation
