Job Summary

Facilities Manager Integrated Real Estate Management, Property and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping a tab on the essential details.
• Deliver high-quality property management services.
• Monitor and create budget plans and management reports.
• Manage the site’s daily activities and ensure operational processes are followed.
• Perform regular site inspections and conduct fire and other evacuations.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Handle client/tenant queries and coordinate with local authorities.

Requirements

• A degree in estate management, building services, engineering or similar courses.
• At least five years of experience and technical expertise in facilities management.
• Strong communication skills and excellent work ethics.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Work well in a fast-paced work environment using the most recent technology.
