Job Summary

We are currently looking for a CCaaS Implementation Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the deployment of CCaaS solutions that enhance customer experiences for enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex CCaaS implementation projects.
• Develop end-to-end technical architecture and deployment documentation standards.
• Conduct requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews.
• Champion a culture of ownership and technical excellence across projects.
• Provide ongoing consultation for technical strategies and systems solutions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in CCaaS software design and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or computer engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Expertise in coding languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C++.
• Experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud.
