What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced concierge professionals to join our dynamic teams across various portfolios and business lines in Melbourne. These roles offer the opportunity to work within premium commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for tenants and visitors. An overview of the role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and building occupants
  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests
  • Coordinate building services such as maintenance requests, deliveries, and contractor access
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols
  • Assist with event coordination and meeting room bookings
  • Provide local area information and concierge services to enhance the tenant experience
  • Support building management with administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure lobby and reception areas maintain a professional appearance
  • Handle emergency procedures and evacuations as directed

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn property management systems
