Job Summary
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly.
- Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge.
- Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
- Promote store events and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns and address issues professionally.
- Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise and customer feedback.
- Support team and company goals.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Available to work a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
- Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
Essential Job Functions
- Frequently operate cash register.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
- Communicate and exchange information with customers and coworkers.
- Assist customers across the sales floor and in the stock room.
