Job Summary

You will work on engaging projects with the largest international and local banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and other key players in the industry. The projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Full Stack Developer: Should be primarily experienced in front-end frameworks, able to create, design, and implement business solutions from scratch, while also being well-versed in backend.
• Core Skills (Primary – 70%): React/Next.js (Experienced), TypeScript/JavaScript, MSAL Auth flows, Ag-Grid React, GraphQL client-side libraries, HTML/CSS.
• Nice to have: Tailwind CSS, Figma.
• Core Skills (Secondary – 30%): C#/.NET (Proficiency), Azure Functions, REST/GraphQL API development, SQL (T-SQL, query optimization), Dependency Injection, Git.

Competencies

• Design-to-Code Execution: Exceptional ability to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI.
• Frontend Performance: A strong understanding of React performance best practices (hooks, state management, memoization) to build a fast, fluid user experience.
• UI/UX Acumen: Possesses a keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset, ensuring the UI is not just functional but also intuitive and easy to use.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who proactively communicates with backend developers to define API contracts and data needs.
