Job Summary

The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our partner in North America, specifically Canada, by executing the full-cycle sales process for B2B cross-border payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine client needs and gain acceptance of the company’s solutions.
  • Prospect and generate new opportunities via various channels such as cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the sales pipeline throughout all stages: outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Adopt a consultative approach with stakeholders while dealing with multiple decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team player attitude, capable of working independently towards ambitious goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritization and time management.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset.
