Job Summary
We are currently looking for a HR Operations Manager – REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the internal HR operations team, focusing on compliance and pre-boarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal operations support for Shared Services team(s)
- Develop and maintain shared services analytics for performance measurement
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services and other HR delivery lines
- Offer employee and management counseling on HR policies
- Identify HR issues proactively and suggest resolution options
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Background in HR compliance
- Experience in vendor management
