Job Summary

As part of our expanding global proposal management team, we are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our Americas function. Based in Mexico City, this role will primarily support commercial proposals across the Americas, with the opportunity to contribute to complex or strategic bids in other regions occasionally. The ideal candidate is a hands-on proposal manager who thrives on delivering high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses, whether that means juggling a high volume of proposals or managing a large, complex submission with many contributors. We are also looking for someone who is excited to help refine, scale, and continuously improve processes within our team. You will work closely with sales, solution engineering, product, legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each response meets customer needs, aligns to business strategy, and is delivered with clarity and impact. Success in this role requires independent drive, excellent project management skills, and the ability to flex between structured project execution and providing consultative guidance depending on the situation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end development of RFx responses (RFPs, RFIs, vendor questionnaires, etc.), ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery
  • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to scope requests, confirm requirements, and set clear plans for delivery
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales teams, flexing between project manager and consultant roles depending on support needs
  • Drive proposal schedules, track inputs, and hold contributors accountable to deadlines
  • Draft, edit, and tailor proposal content by synthesizing SME input into clear, compelling narratives
