Job Summary

We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist II to manage and optimize middle- and bottom-of-funnel (MOFU/BOFU) digital programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize MOFU/BOFU campaigns designed to convert prospects into MQLs and opportunities across digital channels and partner programs.
  • Manage and optimize CSE (Content Syndication/Exchange) and CPL (Cost-Per-Lead) programs, including vendor management, campaign trafficking, execution, and budget optimization.
  • Execute and optimize core BOFU digital tactics, including content syndication, retargeting/remarketing, sponsored content, and review site placements (e.g., G2).
  • Traffic and QA all ads and campaign assets, ensuring accuracy in creative, targeting, tracking, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Track and analyze full-funnel impact, measuring performance from lead capture through MQL, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and closed-won revenue.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards for campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, SDR, and marketing operations to align campaigns with sales cycle stages, accelerate pipeline, and ensure a seamless buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or digital campaign management experience, preferably within SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS industries.
  • Proven success managing CSE and CPL programs, along with executing other BOFU paid digital tactics (e.g., content syndication, retargeting, review sites).
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel stages and B2B lead management processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with campaign trafficking, QA, reporting, and analytics, including lead-to-pipeline tracking, ROAS, and conversion performance.
  • Proficiency with key MarTech tools, specifically CRM (Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to optimize campaigns against pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional partnership with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
