Job Summary

As a Digital Designer, you will create innovative and high-performing digital experiences across various platforms including web and mobile. Your designs will directly impact the customer journey, enhancing engagement and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design responsive digital experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Create user-friendly landing pages that enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure designs adhere to performance, accessibility, and brand standards.
  • Develop compelling motion and video content.
  • Collaborate with growth and content teams to produce engaging email campaigns and advertisements.
  • Support product launches and promotions with creative campaign designs.
  • Analyze performance data to refine and improve designs.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital design for web, mobile, and marketing.
  • Strong portfolio with examples of landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for responsive frameworks across various screen sizes.
  • Understanding of performance-driven design principles such as A/B testing and UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design work.
  • Experience in fintech, consumer brands, or startups is a plus.
  • Motion/animation design experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers is advantageous.
