Job Summary
Join our agile, distributed engineering team to shape the future of workforce management. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on our product team, you will be instrumental in developing innovative new features and modernizing existing ones for a multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS solution in the human resources domain. You will take full ownership of your work, from design through deployment, in a collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack features and enhancements for the client’s CoreHR platform.
- Participate in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle, contributing to a distributed team environment.
- Modernize legacy components and architecture to improve performance, user experience, and maintainability.
- Adopt and champion a “shift-left” development approach by taking ownership of writing comprehensive unit and integration tests and verifying the correctness of your own solutions.
- Proactively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
