Job Summary
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, and ensures that customer’s needs are met. Performs as a leader and role model and maintains positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner in all areas of the store.
- Assists customers by escorting them to the products they’re looking for, securing products that are out of reach, and loading or unloading heavy items.
- Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.
- Key holder with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Assigns employees to specific duties and follows up to ensure duties are properly completed.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of employees in all areas of the store.
- Processes refunds for customers and department approved refunds.
- Monitors self-checkout registers and service counter.
- Unloads truck, stocks, replenishes, and faces all product throughout the store.
- Operates a cash register to complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
